Lasix is not a heart med. it’s a diuretic, designed to help the body rid itself of excess water, so the heart doesn’t have to work harder to move the water to the kidneys. In short, it’s there to make the hearts job easier. I had flu related CHF, it’s not a heart attack.

I usually just crack the window and throw my third leg out of it and let er fly.

I used to always find a proper restroom and always sit to do my business.....but I’m not that kind of trucker.

Invest in catheters. Pipe into a closed container strapped to the chair. Problem solved.

yes my late dad was on some sort of med, i had said that, cuz he had heart failure. one med, it made him go to the bathroom quite often, the other med's name, i cannot recall that name either, and HE HAD heart failure. i just cannot recall the med's specific name, it's been lots of years now.

    LASIX-Diuretic
It can treat fluid retention (edema) and swelling caused by congestive heart failure, liver disease, kidney disease, and other medical conditions.

anyone of those health concerns, i still believe the o/p should not even bother driving a truck, but rather a job where he has fast/easy access to a restroom. and SHOULD he have heart failure, do YOU want him on our roads?

    i know i wouldn't.

he hasn't even said WHY he's on that med. that would "solve" and "quiet" many responses from that point on.
