    My assigned truck truck has orange seatbelts. This is the first time my seatbelts are any color but black. I see dirty areas where I typically grab the belt to pull across my chest. Anyway, whats a good way to clean seatbelts without taking them out of the truck. What cleaners have you used successfully? What technique do you use?

    A little bit of black shoe polish KWIK Can of the old school. The cleaning kind....

    Oh darn, those belts used to be ORANGE? Drat they really get dirty quick you see... =)

    //feeling SNEAKY...

    We usually ran pinesol and 10% bleach with shop towels across everything inside that cab. take out a trash bag of shop towels with all sorts of removed material out of that clean truck, including seatbelts.

    Had to clean ones from a smokers car for my kid. Used Simple green and some hot water on a rag. Pulled them out tight and just kept wiping till the crud stopped coming off.

    Don't forget a can of standard lysol aresol spray disinfectant. When clean, spray a round up and down a moment. Wait 4 minutes wipe. Now you know for sure it's clean.

    Im an NOT a gemaphobe. But have gone into places around the USA that are quite something else making that cab not too habitable sometimes.

    Please do lol
    Last winter when I was down I tried to clean mine.
    I finally gave up and ran up to Tampa truck center and bought a new one.. problem solved.
    Fast forward almost one year later and yup it’s dirty again..
