WEL Companies De Pere WI

I've waited a year to brag about WEL Companies. WEL is a refrigerated hauler based out of De Pere WI with terminals in Joliet IL. Allentown PA, McDonough GA and Winter Haven FL. Great equipment and a fantastic customer base.

I drive in the Georgia dedicated fleet and mostly run the Southeast and Midwest. For dedicated regional drivers they offer minimum pay of $200 a day. I average $1300 a week and I'm still home every weekend. They never drop you off for stop pay or detention. They don't play with your money.

I've been driving for 10 years and this is my favorite company by far. Open fuel cards and an extensive fuel network. I route myself, no routing you have to follow. The office staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. They genuinely know you by name. If you like being not bothered and left alone to do your job this is the place. Also the breakdown department is great. They get you help quickly. Shops are good, too.

If you prefer OTR they run all 48. They hire and train new drivers also. If you are looking for a home this could be it.

Uh huh...45 cpm. I made 62k my first year. If you make more good for you, but it's a great fit for me. Others may like it as well.
