I actually met Dan in Louisville a few months ago and we had lunch. Nice guy, just like what you see on the YouTube channel. If you are a regular viewer like me, you'll know that he takes a long deadhead sometimes to keep moving rather than sit and take a chance on what may pop up. In this case it seems he got something to run over the weekend then another load after that due to his decision.
Been doing this 24 years. A long time ago i learned to take the 4 corners of the US map and rip em out and toss em in the trash. Been good ever since
You'd have to be pretty picky about what you haul to have to deadhead 800 miles like that. Right now I know of plenty of freight that has been available not that far from J'ville.
We can all see the board so stop lying! There’s 1 open deck load that loaded before Monday within 300 miles of Jacksonville. If the guy was #20 on the board, his chances of getting it was slim.
Are you a recruiter or something? I ask because I know that statement of yours is simply false, so why else would you say something like that?
Oh yeah? I heard Mercer has the best freight in the business, all direct customers and top shelf agents everywhere. Can I get atleast 5 dollars a mile ALL miles there? Thanks
Correct me if I’m wrong, as I’ve never actually used a load board yet, but is there not the ability to see what would be avail to come out of Fla as the trucker in question was booking the Fla load from the start? If so, would seem like a bad mistake was made.
Someday when you realize that all our freight does not come from the load board you might understand. Until then believe what you want.
