i told her one time, when she caught me looking at another girl wearing what looked like a belt for a skirt,, when we were in the mall one time..( a really younger girl too, with legs up to her neck), that "when i stop looking then you'll know i was dead"

she said, "you keep looking and YOU WILL BE DEAD"......

Should not be a team or driver trainer with the opposite sex unless they are married.

Just to much of a risk for both the man and the woman.

 

It depends.
When I started driving my trainer(a female from South Georgia) said she only trains with guys because her last female trainee screwed up and blew past an open scalehouse.

When I started driving that was standard procedure if teams didn't get along. Now most companies want you to get to a terminal.
All drivers should have emergency funds in case for what ever reason they get separated from their ride.
You will not have to worry about much of a financial loss if you travel light or only use OTR work items for work. Since the truck is a work space, all items purchased & used exclusively for work & not reimbursed by the company, are all tax deductible.
She will have no legal recourse since her employment is "at will" & can be terminated by either party without notice.

 

Women brains are hardwired to be detectors and iinvestigators. I learned that one more than once. Never send a woman on a goose chase cuz she will come back with the whole flock
