Hopefully everyone is having a better weekend than me.

Pickup Tyson Center, Tx. Showed up Friday for at 5pm for a 6pm (end of the window). Load isn't ready til 4 am. Got a night's sleep. Weigh the load and it's over gross by 1000lbs. 7 hrs to fix and I couldn't go back to sleep cause I slept all night. Take that load back to the yard and get my next load. 3am Wal-Mart New Caney, Tx. Park down the road from WM at 10pm. Take a 4hr nap. Go check in (yeah...log is burnt) only to get told my appt is for 910am not 310am. And the receiving desk won't take me early.

Called dispatch and they had the email with confirmation number saying 310am. Told dispatch the guard verified my confirmation number and showed me the screen where it said 910am. So, once again WM changes the appointment and didn't tell nobody.

Me only having 4 hrs sleep over the past 24hrs is highly annoyed at this. And make my annoyance known to dispatch. He asked if I wanted my availability changed to Monday morning. I said yes because I need some sleep.

I could have had a full break in before delivery if WM would have just told JCT to come at 9am and not 3am.

So, hopefully y'all are having a better weekend than me.

Just when I thought backup alerts couldn't be worse....this dude just pulled in next to me...CAR ALARM backup alarm. Like...every time he put it in reverse it started over....

To make matters worse, another driver just told him he liked it, and asked where he could get one...

If that doesent have "Hey, screw with my truck when I'm in the truckstop" written all over it, I dont know what does....
