My interpretation of the regulations is that if you leave because you can't provide a sample its the same as refusing a drug test, and everyone knows that refusing to take a drug test is treated the same as testing positive. If it hasn't already been reported, it will be by the time OP's case is closed; which will blacklist her so to speak, nobody will be able to touch her until she takes a year long rehabilitation program, not sure on the details on the program itself though.

I have been thru more than my share of orientations, they all have one thing in common, they all cover the if you have an accident this is what you do. So I'm afraid this time CRST wins and you loose. If you contact them Im sure they will take your money in payments. As far as futures jobs, refusal or failing a drug test is not a real good situation. Don't even know where to tell you to look.
