Thoughts on Schneider for first year?

Everybody wants miles everybody wants to work and every week there’s a class graduating with new guys that also want miles

 

Sounds like HORRIBLE pay for 12 days.

 

That’s what you’re gonna be making at SNI first year even those other guys having good weeks will have a few ####ty weeks too, you can double your check if you can find a good company to take you with less than 1yr experience

 

who do you pull for?

 

where are you located? Maybe we can name some better starter companies

 

from what am told they do sitting a lot don't mean driving either. they sitting at shippers long time and long windows they can't move, and they they have you stuck at truck stops long periods of time because they can't figure how long it takes to move loads. met 3 bulk transfers that went to dry van side because it was horrible told me don't do it. all but one said same the other one spoke english but he was clearly from Russia with his accent.

 

SNBC amazes me.... they’re always late for loads but have a lot of drivers sitting days at a time . How does that work

Customer schedules appointment time for x
Schneider sends driver the preassignment for y
Driver doesn’t get to see the preassignment on the tablet until it finally comes through an hour later

 

They send the assignments last minute
