There was particulate trap error but when I tried to do parked regen it went away. In hoping with new pipe it'll complete regen and should be good to drive
-
If you're getting lots of smoke at the flex pipe. Then your DPF may be plugged or melted.
Hopefully it is just the leak. -
Well it went through regen. I still have code for exhaust leak but they don't have way to delete it
-
Please specify truck and engine type.
I would guess you have a fault related to exhaust gas pressure or exhaust back pressure. You fixed a problem with the flex pipe leak, but not the problem for the fault code. Get hooked up and get some fault code information. -
He did that.
-
Yup, I missed it. Thanks.
-
Exhuast gas pressure fault does not mean an exhaust leak. Could be a exhaust gas pressure sensor issue or a dpf pressure sensor fault.
Still needs to get hooked up -
Will have local tech hook up his laptop see what's up. Like I said they installed new pipe and was able perform parked regen. I drove 200+ miles and good so far.

Keep us updated. Good to hear you got back on the road.SAR Thanks this.
