My question is why not buy a truck on your own and then lease to a carrier and run under their authority? Why make payments on something that doesn’t have your name on the title?

Best of luck to your friend. Maybe there’s something in the contract he signed that doesn’t jive and the lawyers can make some money off a class action suit.

 

I don't need to stick my hand into a hornets nest to know it's a bad idea.
