I fully rebuilt my first two trucks, however only one is ELD exempt. The third truck I got has a 99 engine in it, but I basically have to start from the beginning on it. Today rebuilding the driveshaft for $1000 and then it just gonna add up untill everything is replaced or rebuilt. Lots of money and time

One of these days I’m going to pass through a weigh station blasting:

    They see me rollin’
    They hatin’
Patrolling and tryin’ to catch me ridin’ dirty
Tryin' to catch me ridin’ dirty
Tryin' to catch me ridin’ dirty
Tryin' to catch me ridin’ dirty
Tryin' to catch me ridin’ dirty

    Rollin’ by Chamillionaire

No such thing as a CSA warning. It's either a violation or it's not. All violations can be fought.
384.226 is about convictions, and does not apply to CSA.

I think I know what you’re talking about. I’ve seen it on mine. If it still shows as “driving” when you change status, just give it a couple minutes, and the status you selected will appear. You won’t lose any driving time. It’s like a glitch in the system.

No. You cannot challenge a written warning tho.

Did they change it? I recall a huge discussion on the forum back in 2011-12 and on about warnings listed on the vehicle inspection form for items like speeding. Drivers were up in arms over the fact a warning of a violation could not be fought in court nor data Q'd.

I just looked up the carrier I’m leased to. And my “warning” I got last January for going 8 minutes over my 14 shows up as an hours of service violation.

You can, I believe it's called a dataq, it's essentially asking the officer if he was wrong and I've never met a police officer who's going to say they were wrong unless proven in court.

No such thing as a written warning.

There are two components to a cvsa inspection.
Component one is the cvsa inspection report. Anything listed on that report is a violation.
Component two is a citation. This is the local city/state ticket with a fine.

What most LEO's call a written warning is simply a cvsa violation with no citation. As stated earlier a citation is easier to fight, but one can do a dataq request on any cvsa violation.

Yep a big glitch. Just got to make sure it stays on whatever you put it on.
