It does add another dimension (the third dimension) to the work..... I think we would need a VR goggle set to truly appreciate it though.

Rocks have you thinking about to put your home into AIRBNB to rent it for vacation?
WesternPlains, Dave_in_AZ and Rocks Thank this. -
Yes that's correct and yes, it is a good company.... But it has been changing though.... some folks retired and new ones came in and have been changing what once was good for the drivers.. I know... nothing remains the same in the trucking business...WesternPlains and Dave_in_AZ Thank this.

If I were living in Brasil I might think about it... But since I plan on going back to the USA... no way...
That AirBnB thing requires a lot of management and expenses... cleaning, fixing things, maintenance, dealing with hosts, etc...
Renting for one yr with contract is less work and less headache...WesternPlains, D.Tibbitt, dwells40 and 1 other person Thank this. -
And after a year, you'd probably end up owning them money.
Bail out while you can, sistaRidgeRunner731, WesternPlains, D.Tibbitt and 4 others Thank this. -

So far never had a problem... there's an old lady lawyer who lives in the same building and she manages several apartments there... She has been managing that since 1999 for my parents when they were alive and we never had any problems.. She finds good tenants that stay for years and don't cause problems.... that's the key.... Now the tenant had to leave after many years and the windows must be replaced because they are all rotten... the apartment is all original... I think will also redo the floors because it's getting worn out... so that will be good for 30 more years... the floor is original good wood....
Here are some pictures... it's a very small apartment but that is standard for middle class family in that area... going there tomorrow to measure the windows....
Looking in from the front door entrance...
From the living room looking to the front door and the kitchen door...
It has two living rooms, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a small restroom with a toilet, one kitchen and one service area with a big sink.
This was my bedroom... I lived there for 10 years.. all my adolescence there.... and there was nothing in front of my window... no buildings...only one gorgeous high hill that I used to climb once in a while... but now.. the place is filled up with super high buildings...
That's the window from the other living room...
The view outside...
Back in the mid 70's one could see Sugar Loaf Mountain right ahead from the windows... there was nothing covering the view... now... buildings and more buildings...
It's still a nice place.. with kids' playground outside and lots of green... The location is also awesome... Top market... If only the building were in better shape... but the dwellers don't seem interested in putting money together to get it repainted and fixed... it's a shame cause it depreciates the real estate value....
