Anyone drive/n for Carrier One?

So would you reccomend working for this company

I was wondering the same thing.

 

I would not drive for them. nope.

a lot of OOS for bad/no brakes and bald/blown tires.

 

Did you drive for them..if so are there any pros about them.

My son use to drive for them, he made good money. He liked the company, didn't like impale, the company they get the trucks from. He questioned some of the bills and charges and was released for an accident of no fault of his and has trooper reports showing.

 

That's what I keep hearing about is the lease company. I thinking about trying them out but I hear good and bad so just going to keep researching..ask your son will it be a gamble with going with them.

 

Carrier One is a good company if you have your own truck, the catch 22 is use to be you had to go through the leasing company. Carrier One said they don't own the leasing company, but they are right next door to each other, so and so. He has a friend still with them and he, we'll call him Fred. Said he has no trouble with Carrier One, but has had nothing but trouble out of the leasing company and the truck. He's in the process of buying a truck elsewhere.

 

How is the hiring process..are they strict and is it hard to get a truck with them and also if you have money down will that help...I would go elsewhere to get a truck but my credit sucks.
