    Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a company that will train someone on standard that hires out of Florida. I will have one year of experience on the 17th.

    Thanks.

Don't we all drive a standard.

    Most of anyways.

10 wheels are standard. Some of us have extra axles.

You just shift at 1,000 RPMs or less in low range. When starting out like at stop light. This way you don't have to match the gears. Then for high range you flip the switch and shift at 1,600 RPMs. When you shift at 1,600 RPMs it should go in gear at 1,200 RPMs because their is usually 400 RPM step between gear
