I ran across this guy. His info on lower back is great. You can do all this in your truck.

I personally have a lower back injury. It was caused by falling on ice. I grabbed the handle on the truck. Then my spine twisted like a whip. Lower back hit the end of that whipping hard.
Was awful at first. Always pain. Gotten better. But haven’t gotten rid of leg pain and lesser degree lower back pain.
This is definitely helping me beyond what I’m already doing. I think perhaps I might cure my problem?
Just to whine. Doctors didn’t do diddly for me. “We’ll worry about the legs later”. What a joke. Even chiropractor I saw didn’t focus like this guy does in lower back problems.

I think the picture shows enough, I do that after I get out of the truck, grab my back, and if it popped like it’s described in the promo, I’d think something was broken. Not quite grabbing behind the knee as if someone chopblocked me yet though.

Although after my adventure with the black ice in Wichita a couple weeks ago I might have limped off after getting hardhat and glasses.
    Note:Still haven’t found one glove (mine)or respirator(loner from guard)

I sleep that way in the morning. Probably why my back no longer hurts.

I've fought lower back pain most of my adult life, but it's improved a lot since I turned 50. Probably because everything calcified and fused together. When I get a sore back now I stand up straight with my heels together and tilt my upper body straight down on each side. Basically try to touch the side of your knee with your fingers moving your upper torso sideways. I usually get a couple good pops when I do it and my back feels much better. I also saved money not needing to see a chiropractor.

You older guys...look up SPINAL STENOSIS. Most older drivers have it to one degree or another.

I had it. When I would stand up straight, a pain would shoot from my lower back down my legs to my toes. Spine had closed off and between that and some bone spurs it was doing me in. Had surgery and when I woke up after, I hurt some where they cut me but I could stand and move with no more pain. They can do this surgery now making a small, maybe 1", incision and recover in a couple of weeks.

    WesternPlains and REO6205 Thank this.
