    Hey guys!

A company I worked for by the name of ADG logistics aka ADG transport services out of Charlotte NC area.

Albert and Kyle are running this operation. January 2019 they had a position posted on indeed.com for final mile for home depot using a flatbed and a moffett trailer. Pay is $2,400 per week home everyday in the ATL area. XPO dispatches you on a mobile link app. They claim you work for home depots around your address(turns out to be a lie).

3 weeks before you receive you first paycheck they want you to put forth 3 weeks of operating cost. On the 3rd Friday Pay Friday they pay you via live wire anywhere from 9a to 3p. (they didn't explain this in orientation)

Cut to the chase they have a driver manager by the name of Cameron who not the most knowledgeable on what's going on when you call him with a problem. On the fourth pay Friday (2/1)

I waited all day long for a wire transfer to hit my account. I started calling and texting Cameron at 3p all the way until 6pm letting him know I haven't receive any money. So Saturday we were supposed to work and I didn't show up. Got a call around 8a from Kyle asking why I didn't show and what not and I told him I never Recieved my pay. He goes on to tell me about lost wire transfers and how he would work on it to see what he could do. I get a group text from Kyle with Albert and Cameron attached requesting I return my penske rental truck to its assigned store, so I did. Waited until the following Monday contact to Kyle once again to inform him I still had not received a wire transfer, no response. Finally received some money $1,875 on 2/8 on a wire. And currently waiting to see if they are going to pay my last check for $2,400 on 2/15

Guys avoid this company, they pay when and how they want, very unorganized, big expections on your behalf without them following up on they're commitments. They are a carrier acting as a broker essentially and it's illegal. Just a FYI don't waste your time with these guys it's a big game to them

Wow, a well written and non-emotional (just the facts, ma'am) review. It's been too long since we've had one.
Sorry about you issues. Contact the state labor board yet? They may help light a fire under the company to help you get your money.

    Thanks for the heads up!

I’m in Indianapolis Indiana wanting to deliver Home Depot construction materials and here’s what you need to know.
(3 weeks before you get a paycheck)

I’ve been training for four days now. They seem like something is being kept secret from new hires. I’m scared as hell to jump into this “opportunity” the young guy I was training with, really a decent person it seems that they have taken advantage of him being naive, also they seem to play games with drivers pay. Drivers are responsible for truck rental ($600) and fuel ($400-600) plus any damages that occur such as if you get stuck in a customers yard and damage any landscaping or dAmage the truck. Customers seem to always expect you to bring the material where they want it even though it’s not really feasible.
Pay is 2400 per week, but you pay 600 for truck and buy fuel for six days worth of work, yes you work six days a week, mon-sat, with only one day off a year, (Christmas). What seemed as a grand opportunity to me seemed like a bear trap. A grand disaster!
