Kraft Foods in Union City(Atlanta),GA is on the s*** list.
Spent over 45 minutes dealing with the staff because they were too busy flapping their gums with each other than focusing on the task at hand processing drivers in and out at the guard shack, so much so that they lost some paperwork that I had filled out when I checked in and had to fill out replacement paperwork! The Three Stooges could do a better jobs than these bozos! Delivery in Orlando had to be rescheduled because the delay interfered with my HOS.

Ya i second that. Holiday city is the worst one. All of them you must scale at least 78500, or they will send you back to steel building. So never never ever throw a tarp on that #### without scaling. The reason i say the one in Omaha isnt bad is because i used to deliver to them all the time. They know who i am when i roll up and i help throw dunnage when being unloaded. Im now at the point where i just roll back to the unload zone without checking in. As for being loaded, omaha will tarp the load for you but you have to ask. Holiday city wont do any of this so the 6 hours is if youre lucky.

    Nestle in Illinois.

I was supposed to have a drop and hook trailer the day before Thanksgiving and then go home for a few days. (On a side note, My 2nd grand-daughter was born 2 weeks earlier, while I was away. So I had an extra reason to get home!)
I waited 12 hours, checking every 2 hours, while the loading personnel wasted my time. The load was staged on the floor right outside the trailer. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS PUSH IT IN THE FRIGGIN' TRAILER!
Finally after 14 hours, they loaded the trailer. it took another hour to get the BOL's, missing Thanksgiving of course.
Needless to say, if I know a product comes from Nestle, I wont eat it.

Technically, didn't win. Dismissed because they didn't show up to court.

What was different this time? Oh, they had the video evidence showing the wrong people had been charged. Everybody knew what was on the tape. Once it was allowed as 3vidence, those losers didn't want the court to tear them a new one!

I'm here at AWG now waiting to check in. When I pulled up, I realized I'd been here before. It's a nightmare! Last time I was here for over 8 hours. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll have a better experience this go round. The longer I'm here, the more of my home time it cuts into

I got in trouble over a walmart potato load. I was loaded extra light. I called my dispatcher for approval and then I spent hours getting interrogated why I short shipped walmart potatoes. It didnt even matter I was told to do so. It was really uncomfortable. I'm a company driver so it didn't cost me personally but there were some rejected and my company tried to bow out of paying me to bring them to donation services. Not sure what that whole thing was about. Felt like a test or game. Well, I'll win. I got all the right answers.
