    80 eastbound ..joliet Illinois just east of the desplaines river bridge in the center lane .
    I hit that sob today about 45 mph and it broke all of the drivers side hood mounting bracket studs and pushed the top of the grill out from the hood about 2 inches.
    Watch for it !!

    Wait till a tanker hits it, blows a steer, and dumps 8000 gallons of (insert your favorite hazmat here) all over the road and they have to evacuate 10k people from their homes.

    Some of the Joliet area bridges and roads are pretty atrocious. The bridge at exit 132 on I80 is pretty #### terrible. The bridge surface, the interchange ramps, and IL-53 as it passes under I-80 are all garbage. I hit that exit several times a month.
