    Extremely low paying job. And refused to allow lease drivers to work outside contracts With the equipment thier leasing from IEL swift in house equipment leasing. The signed contract agreement is to haul swift freight only while leasing thier equipment which would fall in line as being misclassified this is know different than being an employee who decides to resigned and returning thier equipment. I'm sure swift will have another lawsuit against them that will put them out of business.

    i dunno, if it's IN THE CONTRACT,,and YOU SIGNED IT, then you are held by the RULES of the contract.

    Swift will not be sued.

    So you take part in SWIFT'S lease program and you're mad because you can only haul SWIFT'S freight? Did you get an attorney to look over that lease before you signed it?

    Right. Then the funny thing is that the driver really thought he could pursue other interests with their name on the truck....that's not paid for. That's unacceptable

    Do you mean to tell me that Swift is a bad, low paying, bottom feeder outfit? That’s what you want me to believe?

    Well, I’ve heard it all now. I guess the next thing you’ll tell me is that I should avoid CRST.
