I started working there in March of 2019 as a company driver. I was well welcomed there and my my experience in driving. I have been driving for over 30 years and have only 3 incidence in those 30+ years of driving. I was starting a run in July of 2019 and as I picked my trailer up at the cold storage and started down the freeway I noticed the truck was running warm and it could be needing coolant being close to the shop I was going to save the company money by going there for the coolant. As I was heading there, there was vehicle in front of that was going very slow on the highway in front of me and I started slow down and the partie in the vehicle was looking back at me. I got to my exit and that vehicle follow me down the exit and was making a left hand turn. I was sitting and then took off like a bandit and I never seen them tile I got to the shop they worked the same company as I did. I drove to the shop and parked my truck to go in and get my coolant. All of a sudden she came around the left side of the trailer and truck. She was swearing at and saying that I was tailgating her this want on for about 5 to 10 min and all did is sit in my truck listening to it then she started toward the building so I got out of the truck to into the building thru the big doors as I got close to the building she came at me waving her arms and starting on me again I stayed facing the building and said if you not stop I will need to slap you it just came out of my mouth and I wish I never said it but I did I never did it I just said it. The next thing I know I out for the week and was call into the conference room and let me go. I never received a warning or anything from this company. No accidents and zero violations. If there is such a shortage of divers way let me go and denied me unemployment because they placed something on my back ground no one will talk to me.
