and it depends on what you are looking for from that company. make a list on whats important to you and find a company that matches that the closest. remember what works for one driver may not work for another.

 

There are good companies, but they’re hard to find because they don’t advertise.

The company I work for has 25 trucks. I literally LUCKED into this job. He doesn’t advertise.

That’s the thing, the best outfits don’t advertise because they don’t need to.
