Ummm....you are, by job definition, getting out of the northeast.
IMO you are making it way more complicated than it needs to be. You want to make money OTR or do you want to relocate?
Once you have the destination you can trip plan lol....

NO !! It is all messed up. They will bill to the address on the title of the car.

Also there are at least two separate toll companies that own separate stretches of road. So depending on different variables you may or may not be getting a bill soon. And if you call them they will describe different situations

I have been getting toll bills to my brothers house in Hutto, even though I have never lived there, ever. I never even knew his address, but I got toll bills doing there somehow. It's all resolved now, but in the past when I had to use the toll road to drive to work everyday I got basted with bills from places I never knew possible.

You are referring too one of the Toll companies that will bill you in 3 month incriements, then they will start over and send you a new bill like it's all good and send your old bill to an attorney. Nevermind the fact they are not sending your bills to the correct location.

I FINALLY got it all figured out. But Austin dot is always whining about why no one is paying their toll bills... the answer is very easy... it's hard to pay your bill. That's it, plain and simple. A lot of people are driving around and they don't realize they owe money. Make it easy for people to give you money. If it's hard, they won't do it.

 

I am also considering moving to Texas, to start my new trucking career afresh. I also need help with a low cost CDL school, I want to pay my way if possible, also need some help with great companies. @Chinatown need your counsel.
