-10 Carrier Unit

    I know sometimes on my TK unit it was froze up if it was defrosting a lot. I would run it on defrost until the water stopped draining out of the drain tubes. Sometimes this would solve the problem. Couple times it was an electrical issue.

    Seems to me that if you only keep 50 gallons in your 100 gallon tank, you've skirted the weight issue...

    Never had a 100 gallon tank. I only had a 50 gallon tank on my trailer. Sometimes the company I hauled loads for would ask me to drop off a load on one of their trailers for delivery, and a couple of their trailers had the 100 gallon tanks. Each to his own. 50 gallon worked for me.

    Only time ive ever seen 100 tank work on an ice box--was on a spread and set between the axles--works pretty well and typically allows you to fuel somewhere near the house with off road and not have to buy any at t/s prices
