    Nah,he will drive tanker in a middle of nowhere so no NJ 1960 docks,no backing from a street,no Chicago International market at 3 am in a rain and such.EASY JOB!

    Despite all the problems. I’m OTR, in Provo. Deliver first thing Monday morning. I’m not liking this. I’m loving it.
    Been all over before. But never as a job. Driving a tractor trailer.

    Found the gear shifter is in the right place with a International.
    Back in school. The Cascadia shifter wasn’t in the right spot. One day, the teacher Very calmly said to me; Quit trying to shift my water bottle.:laughing-guffaw:

    Geesh! Am thoroughly impressed with the “showers” at this truck stop. Complete bathroom, marble tile everything, clean, towels provided.
    Watching everybody come through. Gonna go get some fancy pancakes...Denny’s...
    I is as happy as a cold pig in warm mud. :)

    There are a few truck stops out there that are very nice. There's a Sapp Bros on I-80, exit 120 in Pennsylvania with remodeled shower rooms that are very nice, and nearly as big as my bedroom at the house. Two shower stalls, two sinks, lots of bench space, and room for a pool table, if they wanted to install one.

    I don’t know what it is? I sleep like a baby in the back of these trucks. Can have trucks running on both sides, with mine running. I’m out like a log. Lovin’ it...

    Same here. I've always slept better with background white noise. If someone is playing a radio, TV, or talking really loud though, it will wake me up.
