    I will never take a load like that. They are getting down right stupid. With this crap. If they can fine us for being late we can fine them for taking to long unloading. Fair is fair

    Ya we lose money sitting they wanna keep taking hrs from drivers with the new hrs they need to make these companys pay us $16hr on duty time loading, unloading, fueling, whatever.

    I guess we are lucky my friend left Swift went to a smaller company no detetion pay and sits almost 5hrs at 85% of his pu and del with not a dime for detention but his company gets paid detention pay but none for him.

    Wow that is so foul. See sometimes i get skeptical bout workin for a mom & pop company. Cuz of the bs.
