You will not make anything close to 36k take home on that schedule. Maybe 36k gross on 6 and 3... Maybe.

Hometime was great. BUT rotating the days off meant 3 weeks of running the 6 days across two pay weeks. Meaning you have 3 weeks of 4 days driving in that particular sun-sat timeframe. Couldn't hang with the take home.

Needing or wanting that much and hoping to get it to start "OTR" is a stretch. Money like that to start would be found in dedicated that has accesoral pay associated with it. Driver unload pay, stop pay etc.

On my account this means an extra 300-350 per week given the number of stops we have.

I suggest calling on jobs you like to find out about starting CPM, extra Pay and average miles on that account.

Yes , swapping out your stuff was a pain but the other two drivers were clean and we respected each other that way.

36K will be a stretch? Hmmm I figured I be good since it advertised 48K I assumed that with bonus ect that I probably wouldn't hit that's why I downgraded it to 36. It's 36 CPM says averages 2000-2500 a week plus aceserial pay.

I'm going to call next week I don't just trust recruiters and was hoping someone who work it and be able to give me some solid info. You been a big help though mikey thanks.

it says UP TO .36cpm. That would be for a well experienced driver. Just something to keep in mind when reading these ads. Up to = top pay. That's why I suggested you call on them, to find out what inexperienced would start then do your math based on the average miles. My suggestion would be to look at the low end of average miles x starting cpm to see if that is something that could work for you to start.

Sounds like the Homerun program. 3 drivers share two trucks. At any given time, two drivers are working while the third is taking the week off. Better than slip seating but not much. Between the three drivers you can arrange to keep a satellite radio, fridge, CB, and basic tools on each truck. The problem with Schneider is they want expirerianced drivers but don't want to pay for them. You get what you pay for and Schneider will never figure that out. Their not the only trucking company out there, luckily you have other options.

Think like this, you will make money for 2weeks, and one week with no pay. Hope u don't smoke, hard to find non smokers, trucks can be trashed

Looks like it is the homerun program so you get a full week and 2 partial weeks. Obviously the lower pay and slip seating is not optimal but I can hang with that to spend more time with my son.

I have supplment income so may work out great for me thanks for the info guys.
