I have a 2006 International 9200 day cab with a isx cummins manual 10speed transmission. The gauges have gone to the no connectivity state pointing straight down warning lights flash red for high water temp low oil.
I have taken an Ecm out of another truck has same result. Removed all fuses (they are the resettable type) and cleaned them with wire wheel reinstalled them. Removed cleaned all grounds on frame, engine, and cab. Removed gauge cluster from truck put into another truck it worked fine in other truck, gauge cluster from other truck didn't work in problem truck. If you remove the manifold pressure sensor fuse the problem will come and go. Unplugging the manifold pressure sensor doesn't do anything. I'm at a loss.

The bus is shorting out or has a broken wire somewhere. You know, the kind of thing that can be PITA to find!

I have several posts here about the cluster gauges and the problem you are encountering. Check this one out.
