2021 Clearinghouse/Portal/Query problems

    Anyone else getting error messages and having a helluva time getting this resolved?

    I was too. The help line is useless, always the same old recording 'high call volume, call back later'. I did get some help from the FMCSA number 800-832-5660 but was on hold twice for about 30 minutes before I got through.

    This video below is the thing that FINALLY got me around the error messages and issues to get assigned as administrator and got my query done.

    I read that there is a $2500 fine if this isn't done by Jan 5, 2021

    Shoot me some questions if you can't get it done. It's all fresh on my mind after spending hours figuring it out. I'm not a member or affiliated with OOIDA, I just found this video trying to Google my problems.

    Supposedly my drug consortium is supposed to do mine for my drivers, but I don't see any queries on my dashboard. I guess I'll give them a call on Monday.

    What a PITA went to sign in this morning and it said I didn’t have a account. Half way through creating a new account, then my account popped up.
