    Unless its due to a fault of my own......I lay my truck down for NO ONE. Stand up on the brakes yes....do the best I can to miss them yes. But NEVER lay a truck down for someone elses poor decision. (Not saying the amish made a poor decision).

    He was in the oncoming lane passing that tractor when the van rounded the corner. So yeah, his fault. Can't even tell what kind of vehicle it was, though. Wasn't a big truck.

    Far better to kill people huh. You can put a truck in the ditch without laying it down by the way. Might be an appropriate time to do so when passing a tractor on a two lane rd wouldn't you think?
