60 series won't start, it shut down

I had a friend look at my engine while It was running and it randomly shut off, there's no power to the fan relay.. the truck turns but doesn't fire up, where should I check?
I think he was touching some stuff but he can't recall what he touched while it was running
There was a like a buzz sound before it shut off

 

I didn't get to it yet unfortunately, thanks tot he truck shutting down

 

I have both which were recently replaced... Should I get new ones again?

 

Freightliner Coronado 06, I'm not sure which one is the ECM fuse but there were no blown fuses upon checking
