Being new AND not staying with an employer for a year or more is not a good look when applying to good trucking companies.

 

But experience at job hopping is usually a really bad sign.

 

3 jobs in 7 months, ouch, that's not something most employers are going to like. I certainly wouldn't hire anyone with that on their resume.

But hey, apply and see what happens anyways, you never know.

 

Dang.....you ain't been at a job long enough to make it past the probationary period. Your screen name will symbolize what will happen to you, and where you will be moved if don't learn to stick with a company.

 

I had five jobs in my first year of trucking. Not a good way to start. Sometimes it takes a bit to find the right fit. I have been at my current employer for six years now.
