Wall to wall trucks usually with cars wanting out. The speed limiters don't help.

It has never been that good in my life time until we learned to use other routes to run through the woods or the toll pike. (Which is very expensive)

By the time you approach west virginia you will find yourself having a time on that road.

 

Piece of cake. Watch for speedtraps.

 

70 is nice....until you get to PA and a decent amount of hills from there to Baltimore

 

Once you get to Ohio, this will help tremendously. Be safe as well, btw. Weather here is fine; just wet. A bit of snow predicted mid morning. Check this:

70 in Indiana. Some of the worst road imaginable. Feels like Beirut after the bombings.

 

Worst state, IMHO. When I ran 'favors' for Chicago, I'd beg to go around it. Worst neighbor (ing) state.

 

There is Townhill South of Breezewood on 70. 5 miles down something like 6% Just be sure to be under 80 for the run out left curve at the bottom. Its a good hill. Set jake and gear leave it all the way down. Or...

Let her go. You will reach equal balance with gravity about 144 or so. It will slowly increase in speed from there. But you wont have time to enjoy it in slightly negative gravity as you fall.

Only don't truck tires only engineered to endure 85 anyhow.

 

70 E was awful today. Tons of traffic, was doing a winter mix, Its like 33 in.. Richmond In, what, 20 miles or less from Ohio state line. Indy let out a ball game was best to go the loop, no construction, just bumps that throws you to the passanger seat
