. this longer break is NOT INCLUDED in the 14 hour clock
.The shorter sleeper berth must be:
. a minimum of 2 hours and nothing less is allowable
. can be more than 2 hours but must be less than 10 hours
. this shorter break is NOT excluded from the 14 clock.

≥2 hours sleeper birth/off duty will suffice.
