I can understand his frustration.... from I have learned is that Quality will not allow you to see your contract until they are ready for you to sign it. That seems 'shady'.
I too, would want to know exactly every detail about the truck I would be leasing.
There are some decent companies that Quality works with and I am surprised they allow it or continue do business with. They are a Celadon company so, not entirely surprised.

Back to an A&A Express questions.....
Do they allow riders? Any stipulations, such as wife or family member?
ThanksGhostridah21 Thanks this. -
Good question

That's not entirely true. You can see the contract before signing. You are getting a new truck with 0 down and no credit check can't expect everything to be perfect. From my own experience they do work with you and try to help you. Most of the truck still have warranties and stuff. Mines has a 500k warranty. Don't know what else u expect

Before fill out any application I like to have questions and concerns answered. When it is A&A that is telling me to call then I would think that they could have the decency to return email or phone calls. Before you transferred your truck did you make sure to get your questions answered?
thaistick Thanks this. -
Where do I live? I can give u the number to the guy I dealt with
-
I have the email and phone number of the agent that A&A deals with. Thank you.
-
Yea but u can choose any quality location atleast I could anyway
-
Yes, you can as far as used truck. I have a location 30 miles from my home. Looking for new truck

If you got a brand new truck the 30 day no pay warranty would be a moot point? In other words say you signed the contract and went to orientation etc come out and boom 12 days have passed of your 30 day no pay warranty, the truck is still brand new , very likely to have zero problems that extra 12 days could have been used to fix?Ghostridah21 Thanks this.
