@greyhat1010 - If you want current info about ADP, you might wanna check their sub-forum on Truckingboards.com . They partner with my company and are supposed to be a solid LTL carrier in the Northeast.
I don't know how they operate, but in response to the prior comment, my company doesn’t require dock work and we have assigned trucks (except for linehaul tractors, which are also used in the city so they're assigned to 2 drivers). Pyle could be different, but I'd ask a current driver there to find out what's really going on. -

I have three friends that drive for them and have not a single bad word to say about it.

Nope, Linehaul is hourly, not milage. We do not crash because we have top notch drivers, equipment and training. Top scale is north of 28 right now, it takes 2 years to get to top rate. Awesome Family Company to work for. any more questions, shoot me a PM

Smaller NE regional LTL outfit. Kind of surprised they still exist to be honest and haven’t been bought out by any of the bigger players yet. They were pretty much always advertising for drivers back when I lived in north Jersey.

Why surprised. Pyle has adapted and changed to stay fresh and relevant in the market. We started out as a steel hauling company, was a moving company for quite some time, and transitioned to TL, Dedicated and Regional LTL. We focus on being the best, doing it faster, and not smashing it up, and it shows.

Yes I see they have dedicated routes. One by me is offering well says on the indeed ad 70k target rate. I'm not understanding that. I don't believe it's hourly. I don't know if dedicated gets the same perks as working directly thru a duie? Can a duie be a solid company to grow with and possibly retire? Do they offer a 401k with match? Thanks for any input
