    Hi fellows, why the unit doesn’t do defrosting? Load is fries at -10. Drain hoses are clean no dirt.but water tray got frozen always. Even if i press the defrost button for manually it’s not doing defrosting because there is no water coming out from the drain hoses. Open for any advice.. thank you in advance.

    You have to go inside the trailer and remove the bulkhead which covers the evaporator, when the defrost kicks on and ur evaporator coils melt the ice, the water drains down to a water collector below the evaporator, the water collector has two holes which ur hoses are connected to, clean and remove all the debris from the water collector and you should be good to go, these gets clogged if you don’t sweep out ur trailer.
