Yes you can do that but it would be 8 driving, 8 sleeper then 3 driving 8 sleeper 8 driving 8 sleeper...

    so a little bit inefficient.

    When you do the 8 driving, 8 sleeper, 3 driving, 2 off, 8 driving, 8 sleeper 3 driving, 2 off 8 driving,

you can see that is more efficient and productive.

As long as you can finish it with 2 hours driving or less. Driving periods each side of the current break or around any counted break aren't to exceed your 11 hours in total.

what if i drive 2 hours, then i go to the sleeper for 8h(1st split). then I drive 2 more hours and take 3h of break (1 eating the other 2 sleeping(2nd split)) I go back to the road and drive 7 hours. I dont have any more time to drive because I used my 11 but I also I completed the 14h . what do I do with the 2 hours left if I dont need to use it?? can I start again or I have to take another break??

Why are you taking the 3 hours break? Does it have to do with scheduling of your load? A better choice would be to show 9 hours in the sleeper then 2 hours off duty because the 9 hour portion still pauses your 14 but the 2 (or especially the 3 in your question) burns your 14 clock.

In this case you did 2Drive, 8Sleeper, 3Off Duty, 7Drive, next break would be a 10 or an 8 Sleeper after which you could drive your 11 or 3 remaining respectively.

    See above.

if your going to split its very clear 2 or 8 followed by either a 2 or 8 totaling 10 hours, your 3 hour break just entitles you to an early 10 hour break.
