This is not a plan I would consider. Why not work a W-2 driving job, unless you are intent on cheating someone out of tax payments? There are trucking companies that will let you live in the truck, except during maintenance. You'll have to leave the truck during maintenance whether you are 1099 or W-2. With W-2 all of your pay is profit.

Pay all fees and deposits asked of you.
Make sure to run 2 elds to maximize earning potential.
Don't bother documenting anything such as condition,damage,expense or deductions...
