It happens, I hear. If you were near your own home, then 4 days home time would be awesome, right? It just sucks your stuck in the truck. You can ask what your options are, but you don't get to move that truck without permission, and not the permission of a bunch of us yayhoos on a forum.

63 year old hipster here...Starbucks moca frappacino. They were on sale 2 for $5. Gonna lose my hipster figure if the sale lasts much longer...my skinny jeans are sending out distress calls!

this might be some of your better times at England .... enjoy it

My comment is a general comment because I simply don't want to get into the minutia of the OPs situation. Living in a Tractor for 4 days does not have to be a hell. Get out and walk around. If you have the funds hail a cab and go watch a movie and maybe have dinner somewhere. When I was active and was facing a long layover I almost always had a movie or two and a book book I had been wanting to finish. In this business like poker sometimes the dealer give you a raw deal. It is what you make of that deal that counts. Sorry, unless this person was stranded with no money I will not feel sorry for the situation.

If you do anything but wait you will be fired. Do you know who you can work for after you are fired from CR England? Companies that are even worse than CR England.
You know CR England will demand you bay back your CDL training costs if you leave. -
Just curious, what truck stop are you at? In what city?
Op said he's in Kansas. Lot of truck stops there that are in nowhere.Last edited: Oct 27, 2018

if you are in training and you drive anywhere you will be fired and it would be very doubtful if you could ever find a decent job

One good thing...at least the trainer didn't lock him out of the truck.
tscottme and austinmike Thank this. -
That was my first thought when I first saw this thread. I have heard of trainers doing this. Take their trucks home drop the student where ever, and see you after hometime is over.
