Does that apply to us, do we need to stop. Passed one in Florida and saw car hauler go by so I followed and didn't have flashing lights so guess ok but rather be sure. I know we haul onions once in awhile so guess would need to stop for those.

If they are open, You have to stop unless you get a green light on your prepass. Just like a scale house.

I have Prepass and live in Florida. I always get a green light at the Agriculture Stations. Otherwise, you are required to stop, just at the sign indicates.

Even if you are not hauling anything anywhere near agricultural, they may want to see you bills, and sometimes will copy them to check for the destination customers paying sales tax on what they are getting.
