Nice. Guy was trying to move the truck out of the intersection and they arrested him for that? Or am I misunderstanding

Wow! Looking at the pic, both gladhands are broke on trailer side. I wouldn't doubt he hit them with his fifth wheel when he hooked up, then used zip ties to hokd it together.

If that's the case, abd he admitted it, yeah, arrest him

 

Looks like container chassis. Probably a yard dog, some rails I been to them guys drive foot on floor. Unhook airlines and slam chassis down

 

Yeah sounds a bit unreasonable for sure. Get it out of the way and then fix it right.

 

Just my observation here, but looking at those glad hands, the arrest was justified. Those glad hands didn't break while going down the road. Driver knowingly took an out of service vehicle on the road.

 

I see the picture now! They definitely look just like my gladhands when I forgot to unhook them when detaching the neck on my double drop... lol
