They are a huge machine that doesn’t have time to deal with your problems. Hire a law firm and you will grab their attention.
-
I agree Amazon is huge, but I’m thinking hiring a lawyer will only prolong my issue & I doubt, I’d be able to run loads with them any longer after that. I just need to use my trailer.

You still want to work for that company while there are so many others to serve? I only see things getting worse as they don’t seem to appreciate your services enough to even talk to you. Have you noticed the “quality” carriers that pull their freight? Very bottom tier. Well they obviously will treat them as such. I don’t think there is anyone that can help you if you still want to put yourself in the current position.
-
They stole your trailer and you'd consider ever moving anything for them again? Your case against them goes anywhere you're done working for them anyway. Get a lawyer or your trailer will have their crap on it yet this time next year.
-
Why are you worried about what’s inside the trailer? That’s not your load on your company. I’d sell it or give it away or do anything to get rid of it and get trucking.

Throw their junk out.
They no pay storage, you don’t know what happened, it was empty when you got it back.Bean Jr., Siinman, Jubal Early Times and 7 others Thank this. -
They most likely already had insurance pay for it.
if you get an attorney involved you might get storage fee, loss of use and such but you won’t work with them anymore.
Now if you got the trailer empty and you happen to open a eBay account to sell a new found treasure trove of objects I swear I didn’t see anything .Last edited: Nov 2, 2023

Amazon is toxic.
I'm a bit of a hypocrite because I do buy stuff off Amazon, but I try to avoid running any loads to or from Amazon.
They want everything there yesterday on both incoming and outgoing loads, but doesn't mind wasting hours of our time on their end.86scotty, Feedman and hope not dumb twucker Thank this. -
You are a carrier with a major issue with Amazon, that includes losing revenue, but you do not want to seek the help of legal counsel in fear it will upset Amazon?! At the very least contact, I would recommend contacting your state trucking association for guidance. Good luck!Bean Jr., BennysPennys and Feedman Thank this.
