Still made by Stelantis. After Tony got rid of the 4.0 straight 6, and started making those little grocery getter FWD and AWD SUV's like the new model Cherokee, Patriot and Compass, and had the nerve to put a "trail rated" badge on them, I swore off any and all Jeep products. I had a '95 4wd Cherokee and loved it. I beat the crap out of that thing and it would still keep running. I parked it at 275,000 miles when either a crank sensor or cam sensor went out (or it was the ecm) and then before I got around to fixing it, a tree cutting place taking out a bunch of our trees made me a deal for it to do all the stump grinding for free in trade. I have been kicking myself ever since.

The prices i quoted were off their website so it would be MSRP + destination. My local Ford dealer has a #### ton of F-150’s on their lot discounted $10k-$15k because they can’t give the things away fast enough

I did once to a company I really liked (I was laid off). It was not a great experience and definitely went in the ’waste of time’ file. They had won back the business on a dedicated account and needed bodies to stand it up so they hired people who were out of position for the ultimate domiciles. Got to train my replacement during the 4 months I was back before being laid off again. I was fine, I felt bad for the guys they had hired off the street who had quit jobs and worked a lot of long hard days just to get kicked to the curb a couple months later.

When I was on my hometime, I was seeing Buick SUV commercials for a Jacksonville dealership giving huge discounts on 2024 models. And there is a YouTube guy in Canada showing Dodge/Ram dealers up there with a lot full of 2024 Rams that they can sell because of the ungodly prices they have them listed, so it isn't just Ford, it's industry wide.

When I worked at IWX we had a driver that was 6'9" and around 425 pounds. It was beyond me how he passed his physical. Anyways, when he got into his truck it would lean to the left when he opened the drivers door and stood on the side steps.

When you're asked how tall you are, you should reply 5' 20", that way you can get a chuckle out of all the stupid looks you'll get.
