I've been looking at this thread. Not anything new posted. I live on the west coast of Florida near Sarasota. I am looking at Arnold as an O/O.

How are the miles per week/pay?
Can I stay in south region Texas to GA up to KY?
How's dispatch? Can I select a load from several?
Or is it one load... take it or leave it?
    Home time?

I was thinking about going with them because they have a terminal in Jacksonville. I did not want to go to SC for orientation.

Great info. I go to orientation with them Monday. They seem ok, I'm not one of those daydreamers that thinks a company driver position is gonna be perfect...I like how every post that trashes a company has a disclaimer, such as 'I abandoned the truck' or 'I had back surgery' etc...make the most of it. It's a job, they are scarce right now. I just hope Arnold is a little better for me than May Trucking. They kept me busy. But they micromanaged. Plus thier trucks are sloooooow.....
