DONT DO IT. Youll be tired as a mug. If you insist on it drive 600 or 700 miles and get some toothpicks to hold your eyes open.

Run solo or you may kill me or my family.

Try Silenor the only safe medication out there...it help people who wake up early to get 7 hours of sleep

Back to the OP: I recommend getting a full body pillow and resting it against said harness. You can fall asleep leaning into it and won't be woken under hard braking. -
Tie a pillow around the waist on top of your stomach. Go to sleep on your back. You will be sleeping on that pillow soon.

When I used to run trainees and teamed with my now ex I could sleep for 12 hours or until the truck stopped, for whatever reason every time the truck stopped I woke up, I'm sure that some people can't sleep while it's moving...it's not the end of the world.
Say you take even 2 shots of NyQuil then sleep 8 hours it's out of your system. Your body processes out 1 shot, beer or glass of wine per hour, the highest alcohol content for NyQuil that I found online was 25% so that equals to 2 shot glasses of wine then sleeping 8 hours to get it out of your system.
Do you know anyone...even an anorexic woman that would get drunk on 2 shot glasses of wine? I sure don't.
I've been driving for about 30 years and really can't remember anyone waking me up to take a urine or breath BAC test... it just doesn't happen and if you keep it out of sight it will never be found.
I also seem to recall a change in the law to allow meds with a small amount of alcohol to be allowed in trucks.
I've used Benadryl to get to sleep when i had to stop before I knew I could sleep normally. -
Nice snug bedding too, like back in the womb type swaddling, with the Ac on nice and high . . . -
I recently had canaloplasty and asked the ENT surgeon about ear plugs, and he said no problem. The surgery was to grind a piece of bone down in the canal that skin would not grow over.
Dunno, he was kinda old . . . may be a quack. -
