Getting money on the card OK, but it's been over a week and
TCH has yet to deposit the "small amount" in my bank account so I can verify that account and have money available in my checking account! Getting a bit pissed.
So far unable to contact TCH by phone, they are terrible!
Anyone else having trouble with TCH?

donno, i do direct deposit.. i stopped tryinig to get advance off of my fuel card like the second month i was with Knight.. i got $20 so i could run the toll road in Florida and it worked fine.. the next month, it wouldn't let me do anything.. so i just use it for fuel only, and every now an then for a scale ticket.

How do you use it for a scale ticket? Do you take an advance and then pay for your scale, or do you just use it like a credit card to pay?

oh, my bad.. i've only managed to use it in that manner when i fuel.. when you're putting all of the information into the pump to start it, and it ask if you want any more items, oil, coolant, bottled def..... i press yes.. pump my fuel and at the end it tells ya to go see the fuel desk.. go scale and then go inside and tell her the pump told you to come in.. she'll ask for truck number and tell her you want a scale ticket and they'll do all of that right there at the register, no cash or debit card needed.
i haven't tried it any other way yet.. dont really scale that often.. the prostar as the airscale so there's really no need unless i'm over 41kmitrucker Thanks this. -
TCH uses TAB Bank. They have been having some issues for about a month when they installed new software at the bank. Most of the problems have been worked out, but they are still trying to get all the bugs worked out. I don't know if that is your problem, but you may want to try to talk with them and ask.

I only use it for fuel.
I avoid taking cash advances at all like the plague. Just leads to bad spending habits as it comes out of my paycheck and it's harder to track it that way. -
i'm still trying to figure out how people manage with the "daily pay".. i couldn't make it seeing a hundred here, three hundred there.. it would drive me crazy.

I switched to daily pay with Knight. EVERY PAY CHECK contained errors and by being on daily pay I could get my money the next day instead of next week...or the week after. I usually just scanned my paperwork twice a week when I wasn't turning in toll receipts though.
Other than that I agree, pay me once a week and that works for me. -
Everything OK now. I was waiting for the "small deposit" that TCH was supposed to put in my checking account to "verify" that I had all the right numbers, etc. Never came, so I finally just transferred $5, and it did transfer, so...
The only big difference I find between Comcheck and TCH is that the TCH card number is, like, two hundred digits long, and I will never be able to memorize it.
Makes a difference when trying to check your balance using a "virtual keyboard" smart phone. -
