A lot of I-5 drivers have cancer on the left arm from the sun. I did two turns a day for a long time San Diego to Los Angeles. But I never blocked my mirrors, if that's happening I don't get it.

Wife uses the pull down visor to block the sun, it's perforated so you can still see through it.
I have seen the curtain trend developing . . .

Flashing high beams and blinding me is not courteous. Take your high beams and shove them where the sun don't shine. If your too lazy to reach over to the headlight switch, then don't bother. I don't need you to tell me that I have cleared your truck anyway. But thanks for the thought.

Welllll, some trucks have DRLs that won't let you turn off the headlights when the parking brake is off. So yeah, hi/lo is their only signalling option.

Anyone else seen this trend.... people that get mad at others because their trucks have daytime running lights and they think we are purposely doing something

true enough headlight interrupt switches arent on all trucks, most they are but if you have no interrupt switch and cant turn off lights and cant even flash your markers. DONT DO ANYTHING.
99% of the time I dont need a signal to know i've cleared you. so I would prefer you do nothing than flash your brights right at that moment i'm looking over to check where you are and if i've cleared you.

I'm sure you could get slapped with one of these if they wanted to.

Curtain tint is about 0%! :)

The POS ProStar that I drive has a headlight interrupt switch mounted right on the steering wheel, so don't come after me with the attitude. I was simply stating WHY they were doing it.

I love I 10. Ruts are so deep I punch cruise, and go in the sleeper & play X Box. It's like a car wash for trucks. I AM joking. :biggrin_25519: Please don't do that, never ends well.
