If Con-Way will suppress free speech, they must be a Communist company.

I have been with Conway for 3 plus years. I have no desire to leave them. I am happy with them. They do care about the drivers. They are very happy to help you. Everyone is going to have frustrations now and then. That goes with all jobs. I love their time off policy. Many companies will only let you take 3 days off at a time. At Conway you are allowed to save up your days off and take up to 9 days off at one time. You also earn vacation time. I like staying out on the road 4 to 6 weeks and then taking a week off or so. When you take time off your first day is just a lazy day. That is all you want to do. Then, when your energy comes back you can go out and have some fun. Conway has great equipment and takes very good care of it. Conway is not for everyone, but is the place for me.

I plan on going to school here in knox soon and then driving for Con-way, hows the pay? is it really good? I'm gonna be new and this is gonna be my first company to drive for, I think I want to drive for them for 2-3 years to save up money to live on while going to college full time and then I wanna use my gi bill, is my picture i'm painting looking good or is dreaming of making good money 2 or 3 year with con-way not realistic?

Correction, work for them for 2-3 years save up everything I can(no mortgage, no kids, no rent, just car payment and some credit cards) clear my debt, save up as much as i can and then quit to go to school full time and live off what I saved up, thats what I meant lol I have high hopes for con-way, one guy i added on facebook who is a trainer for them said I'll be making 28 cents starting out, but i thought the thing said .30?

It's .26/mi with a trainer and then .30/mi once you upgrade to your own truck.
