Anything me (4 wheeler) can do to make things easier?

I would have mine go to the rick roll hotline

 

I love those numbers.
Combined with some cell phone video or a photo emailed to the safety director they do the job
No more do what ya want, nobody will ever kno stunt driving.

 

Stay home or take the bus!

 

That's very feasible for someone who lives in a rural area with no busses....

the one i hate the most is :
when a 4 wheelers use the left line to pass you and then change to right line infront of you and slow down with no reason .

 

It would fast become our problem if nobody could get to anything we are needed to carry.

 

Just wait until someone calls your number, and makes up a whole !@#$ing story and then you get to apologize to a safety manager for something you never did.

 

There needs to be a program in place for teenagers when they take drivers' ed, where they learn how NOT to drive near trucks! When I was teaching my kids to drive, I told them that this vehicle CAN BE a potential weapon, and if they are not careful they could kill themselves or someone else, and to PAY ATTENTION to EVERYTHING!
Some lessons I learned on a TV show many years ago have always stuck with me as a 4-wheeler: 1) If you can't see the mirrors, then the truck driver can't see you! Don't follow so closely that you can not see the side mirrors!
2) It takes many, many feet for a truck to stop! (Since going to truck driving school, I have found out it takes AT LEAST a football field, on a good day, with good road condition, and good weather, and in a perfect utopia, that is! LOL)
3)If you HAVE to pass a truck, make sure that you can see the WHOLE front of their truck in your rear-view! That way there is sufficient space between your vehicles.
I taught my kids the same lessons, and have to hope that they were listening!
I have since gone to truck driving school, and have learned just how TOUGH it can be to stop those things, and I haven't even gotten my first job yet! So just be courteous, and respectful of the size and weight of the truck you are trying to get in front of, just to make it to the RED light a fraction of a second BEFORE the truck!

 

Here's my two cents, since most of my gripes are the same as everyone else:

You know that red and white triangle on point that's screwed to a post at the end of almost EVERY on-ramp? The one that says YEILD?

Pay attention to it! It's there for a reason!

Lots of folks get reminded of that every day I'm on the road.

They are trying to get onto the highway, but can't seem to find the horsepower to speed up and merge in front of me, or the brakes to slow down and merge behind me.

So... they usually wind up riding on the shoulder until it dawn on them that I'm not going to move over (especially in heavy traffic) just to let them on. It's THEIR job to merge safely. It is NOT my job to ensure they have a safe way to merge.

As someone else stated already: the traffic on the highway has the right-of-way.
