Anybody have the tripac manual they can send to me? I keep trying Google searches but all I get are operations and install manuals. And LOTS of links to random crap in the thermoking website

On the back of those installation manuals is alot of useful crap. Helped me fix mine. My voltage sensing wire was junk.
Mine would turn on when I turned the AC on. But not for low batteries or heater. Couldn't find proper wiring diagram flipped through that installation guide and realized that it was only turning on for the AC compressor the alternator was just a happy little byproduct. -

TK manual says to close coolant line that's outbound and then open petcock to bleed air. Close petcock and open outbound coolant line. Any remaining air should travel through line to truck reservoir.
I've done this procedure 2 now and still Apu gets eng fault after starting fine several times to charge batteries. -
Is there way to read codes on TK apu with digital display without going to the dealer

The Carrier APU was not charging the batteries to my 2022 Freightliner Cascadia. I took it to the shop to get it fixed. After putting on a new alternator it still was not fixed. The next day the Mechanic searched more to find the problem. The issue was their is a wire with two hole connections on each side. This wire is has a Black plastic cover over it. Inside the cover was where the connection was broke. It got replaced and batteries started charging. Thank for the fix.
mitmaks Thanks this. -
